Chad Jones

A lifelong Peorian, Chad began his career in real estate in 1995, working for the Jorgenson Real Estate Group. Chad is a graduate of Peoria High School and Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Business. Chad is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of experience in sales, broker management, relocation, residential development, commercial development, property management, and new home construction. Few agents in the Peoria area are more versatile; more experienced, or have had the opportunity to work in so many different facets real estate. Chad has played a vital role in the development of every Jorgenson Development since 1995. In 2005 - 2008 Chad was part of the Peoria Growth Cell 1-A development team, which helped annex over 700 acres into the City of Peoria including subdivisions Hunter's Trail, Trail View, Attingham Park, Trail Crossing, Copper Creek, and Stonehenge. Chad has worked with clients and businesses as diverse as the Peoria Housing Authority, Burger King, Edward Jones, Carter Chiropratic, First United Methodist Church, the City of Peoria, Paragon Relocation, Cartus Relocation, Schnucks Grocery Stores, and numerous local physicians and dentists.

Chad is familiar with local government and has brought numerous projects before the planning commission, zoning commission, and the Peoria City Council. Chad has worked closely with real estate investors in everything from raw land to apartment buildings to income producing commercial property. Chad has worked with farm ground, estate property, and recreational property. As an investor, property owner, and multi million dollar producer, Chad takes a no nonsense approach to Real Estate, whether you are a buyer or seller his perspective and experience can make the difference when it comes time for you to make a purchase or sell that largest of investments - your home.

Chad is a supporter of St. Jude, Southside Mission, and local youth sports, particularly Woodruff-Heights Youth Baseball. Chad is married to Jennifer Hammontree-Jones, who works for Caterpillar Inc., and they have son, Ben.

Shawn Hayes

Shawn Hayes has worked with The Jorgenson Real Estate Group since he was an intern at Bradley University 10 years ago. Shawn has had his license for 5 years and currently heads up our property management division, Principle Property Management. Shawn specializes in analyzing deals for investors who are both buying and selling investment properties.

Micca Thompson

Micca Thompson has worked with the Jorgenson Group since graduating High School in 2000. Micca has had her real estate license for over eight years and has also been an administrative assistant to Dale Jorgenson for a total of seven years. Micca specializes in one on one client care and transaction management. She has a passion for real estate and helping each client find their dream home. Micca is married to Brett Thompson and has two little ones at home, Beau and Annabella.
